These terms are the agreement between Savora POS (“we”) and a restaurant that uses it (“you”). By using Savora POS, you agree to them. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement applies where the two differ.
The service
Savora POS is restaurant software used through a web browser: QR ordering, a kitchen screen, waiter ordering, billing and receipts, tables, menus, stock, reports and staff accounts. We improve it over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we'll tell you beforehand.
Your account and your staff
- You decide who on your team gets an account, and what role each person has.
- Keep passwords private. You're responsible for what is done with your restaurant's accounts.
- Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
Your responsibilities
- You set your menu, prices, tax rates and charges. Check that your bills and receipts meet the rules for your business, including GST.
- Food, allergy and veg or non-veg information shown to guests is yours to keep accurate.
- You collect guests' names and phone numbers through Savora POS. Tell guests why, use their details only as the law allows, and handle guests' requests about their information.
- Guests pay you directly. Savora POS records how a bill was paid; it doesn't collect or hold money.
- You provide the devices, printers and internet connection. Savora POS needs a working internet connection to take orders.
What you must not do
- Try to reach another restaurant's data, or get around security or role limits.
- Overload, attack or copy the service, or use it to break the law.
- Resell Savora POS, or let people outside your business use it, without our agreement.
Fees
- Fees are as agreed with us in writing, such as on a quote or an invoice. Taxes such as GST are extra.
- If an invoice stays unpaid after we've reminded you, we may suspend your restaurant until it's paid. While it's suspended, you can still sign in and see your records, but you can't take new orders.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before your fees change.
Your data
- Your restaurant's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide and support the service, as our privacy policy describes.
- If you stop using Savora POS, you can ask us for a copy of your records, and ask us to delete them.
Availability and support
- We work to keep Savora POS running and to fix problems quickly. We can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance, or because of a problem with the internet or one of our providers.
- For help, write to savorapos@yahoo.com.
Liability
- Savora POS is provided as it is. We don't promise it suits every purpose or is free of errors.
- We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, or for problems caused by things outside our control.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Ending the agreement
- You can stop using Savora POS at any time by telling us. Fees already paid for the current month aren't refunded.
- We can suspend or end your use if you seriously break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Savora POS after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
